We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom & personalised products are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We run warehouses for a living, so this is the bit we're good at!

Dispatch Times

Everything is printed to order. Most orders leave within two business days; larger or multi-colour orders can take up to four. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery estimates come from Australia Post and aren't guaranteed — remote areas take longer, international deliveries can vary depending on your country and December is December.

You'll see faint layer lines up close — that's what a 3D print looks like, not a fault.

Colours shift slightly between screens and filament batches, and no two pieces are quite identical.

Every one is checked carefully by one of us before it's boxed.
